Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.

What do I need for class?
- For you: Comfy exercise sneakers and clothing, water, face towel, and yoga mat. Optional to bring a baby carrier, in case you have a little one that likes to be held.
- For your little(s): Any type of stroller, and whatever makes them happy! We recommend their favorite snacks & toys, diaper bag essentials, and a blanket.
